Superior Pickup Technology You've Been Waiting For: The Performer[TM] lives up to its name, voiced by the Shadow(R) eSonic2[TM] preamp system, featuring the revolutionary Shadow(R) NanoFlex[TM] pickup at the bridge, which is more responsive and faithful in acoustic signal reproduction and will not distort with louder playing, like ordinary piezo-electric pickups tend to do. The eSonic2 also include the Shadow(R) NanoMag[TM] pick-up system, a small, special 3-magnet pickup with internal electronics (that captures a much wider frequency range than ordinary magnetic pickups) that is stealthfully embedded in the end of the fretboard.
